Yes, that's right, you're not seeing a Dutch school-girl, that is Red underneath all that adorable hand-knitted-by-Grandma-Shirley gettup! We were going to a family birthday party we knew Grandma Shirley was going to be at so we decided to get Red dressed up in all his Grandma Shirley greatness so she could see the fruits of her labor. When all was said and done, bonnet and booties tied, we thought he looked more like a Dutch school girl than anything else, but it sure was cute! Here's a really cute pictures of 4 generations starting with Grandma Shirley Grammy Cindy, myself and then Red:
Exhibit B:
Red wore his UConn Huskies t-shirt when UConn played in the Elite 8 and they won! So I put him back in it a week later when they played in the Final 4 - guess what? THEY WON AGAIN! I'm pretty sure Kemba doesn't have much on Red's lucky shirt when it comes to UConn winning all these games. Tonight's the championship, we'll see if UConn makes it all the way...Lastly, I just want to share a couple cute pics from the last few days. Of note, the foot-long line of DROOL from Red's mouth to the pavement:

LOVE that drool! |
Getting some walking in at Talcott Mountain - Red wanted OUT of that pack and onto the ground!
Lastly, love this shot of Red playing the piano. Weeeeell....maybe not playing the piano, but playing with the piano, I suppose. Our little piano prodigy is getting started early! hehehehehhe. What do you think will be his first song? I'm thinking Khachaturian's Toccata. Or maybe Beethoven's 5th.
