Every day Pictures

I've been reading how fun it can be to take pictures of what your toddler does every day.  At this point, we're taking FAR less pictures of Red and so I'm trying to make a concerted effort to pick up the camera and capture his daily activities.  Here are a few of the recent happenings:
Red was so excited to put new shoes on that he didn't want to get finished  dressing.  He just kept prancing around in his shoes!

Love seeing his funny little toddler body!

He was super annoyed that I wanted to take a picture of his whole outfit - he gets jealous when we take the camera out and wants to play with it himself.

When Red eats well during the day, he gets ice-cream time with daddy before bed.  He gets giddy at just hearing the word ICE CREAM so we don't even say the word unless he's getting some!

Every day I find something else that reminds me how much like daddy Redding is.   Their love of ice cream is just one of the MANY things that Red & daddy have in common.  Others include loving foot messages, face tickles, tempermental toddler years, eating peanut-butter straight-up with a spoon, etc.

Red loves playing with toilet paper.  Unfortunately.  We've had a roll out for over a month now just for all the runny noses and he just loves making a mess of it and playing with it.  Randy's always reminding me that  its not free but I think there are worse things for my toddler to be playing with!

Made another Pinterest recipe the other night and its a keeper for sure!  Its a coconut-ginger chicken and grilled pineapple dish with a sticky spice sauce.  YUMMMM  - here's the recipe if you want to give it a go:
